Not too hard and challenging. Short sets mixed in with some kick and pull. At the end of the workout we did some work with elastic bands. WARM UP. 20 x 50 in sets of 4 descent interval by 5 sec. In the beginning of the set mix up strokes. Last 2 sets of 4 should be challenging. Ch liked. All swimmers completed the set but each lane adjusted the send off times according to their skills.
